Software Development : Control Card
For a US-based client, we developed a custom embedded software solution for advanced power electronics, leveraging a TI DSP controller to enable real-time, high-precision control and system reliability.

 
The project involved complete end-to-end software development, including system architecture design, firmware development, and optimization for high-performance operations. Our team focused on ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software while maintaining efficiency under high-density processing conditions.
 
We designed a scalable and modular software framework that allows easy reuse across multiple system configurations, reducing future development time and cost. The firmware was optimized for fast signal processing, accurate control algorithms, and robust fault handling.

Additionally, we ensured compatibility with a 6-layer PCB design (Altium), aligning software performance with hardware capabilities. The solution was validated through rigorous testing, followed by deployment support during fabrication and assembly. The project was successfully delivered within 24 weeks, meeting all performance, stability, and scalability requirements.
DC-DC Converter

 
Developed BSP and embedded software for a 10kW DC-DC converter for a US-based client.

Scope included software design, development, and verification using a TMS DSP processor, along with driver development for CAN, ADC, and PWM.

Implemented control algorithms, test cases, and performed unit, integration, and system-level testing using static simulators and load boxes.

Delivered complete documentation and a validated, high-performance solution.
