An Audio Load Box is a specialized testing device designed to simulate real speaker loads for validating the performance of audio amplifiers and automotive infotainment systems. Fully developed in-house, this system provides a reliable and controlled environment to test audio outputs without the need for physical speakers, ensuring consistent and repeatable results during development and validation.

This particular system features 20 independent channels, allowing simultaneous testing of multiple audio outputs. Each channel is individually configurable to 2 ohms or 4 ohms impedance, accurately replicating common speaker configurations used in automotive and consumer audio systems. This flexibility enables engineers to evaluate amplifier performance under different load conditions, including power output, signal stability, and thermal behavior.

The Audio Load Box also includes an interface for CAN communication, making it suitable for integration with modern automotive systems where audio functions are controlled via network protocols.
