Static Simulator & Load Box
A Static Simulator & Load Box is an advanced testing system designed to simulate real-world electrical signals and load conditions for ECU (Electronic Control Unit) validation in automotive and industrial applications. Fully developed in-house, this system enables engineers to replicate a wide range of input and output conditions, including analog signals, digital inputs, PWM signals, and 4–20 mA inputs, along with both high-side and low-side load simulations. This allows comprehensive functional testing of ECUs without the need for actual vehicle hardware.
The system features a user-friendly interface with multiple configurable channels, making it easy to connect and test various ECU types. It includes built-in power supplies (+24V, +12V, and +5V) to support different testing requirements, along with CAN communication interfaces with configurable termination for seamless integration with automotive networks. Designed for flexibility and precision, it ensures accurate signal emulation and load control, enabling reliable validation of electronic systems.
Widely used by OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, the Static Simulator & Load Box supports R&D, validation, and production testing, helping to identify issues early in development and improve system reliability. With compatibility for 110V/230V, 50/60 Hz operation, robust construction, and efficient design, it provides a scalable and dependable solution for modern electronic testing environments.
